Coopers Easy Dose is for the control of nuisance flies and lice in cattle

• stable fly, house fly, lice and buffalo fly in beef and dairy cattle

It is also registered for horses, for control of buffalo fly for 3 weeks and stable fly for 1 week. Do not use in horses destined for human consumption.

It is made by Coopers and comes in 1L and 5L

The active ingredient is Deltamethrin

Easy Dose has been around for many years and is widely known and used by producers. Because it has been used for many years, the protection period may be reduced due to potential resistance.

It is a water based formulation that will cause little irritation and does not disturb milking dairy cattle

Dose rate:

Cattle 5ml per 100kg liveweight

Horses 5ml per 100kg liveweight

Withholds:

ESIÂ - 21 days

Milk – NIL

Not affected by light to moderate rainfall following application

Apply as a single stripe along the backline, avoiding the head, while cattle are confined in a crush or standing in a raceway

Use a cattle pour-on applicator

Re-treatment may be needed pending on seasonal conditions
